Another way of green cleaning is to use incense. The smoke that is produced by burning certain plant material (which is what incense is made from) can have many of the same antibacterial effects as the essential oils that are extracted from the plant material. Certain types of incense can be used to sterilize the air in a room and the incense smoke can disinfect any surface it comes in contact with as well as kill germs in any open wounds on the body.

I totally agree that we should use natural cleaners for our homes.

The companies that manufacture chemical cleaners portray germs as monsters in their adverts to scare us into buying their products.

Could it be that these chemicals do us as much harm as the germs they are trying to get rid of?
